Philip Tannor and Shir Chorev, co-founders of Grove Ventures portfolio company Deepchecks, have been named on Forbes Israel’s 30Under30 list. Their company aims to add common sense to artificial intelligence by alerting engineers in real-time when errors may occur in complex systems based on large amounts of information. Deepcheck’s system can help prevent inaccuracies in AI recommendations, such as online shopping suggestions, and identify problematic text, like cyberbullying. They raised $4.3 million in a seed round led by leading Israeli VCs Grove Ventures and Hetz Ventures, attributing their success to the talented team they have assembled.
