Ben is the Head of Marketing and Communications at Grove Ventures. He oversees all of the fund’s marketing activities, and is responsible for defining and managing its brand strategy.
Over the course of his marketing career, Ben has helped shape venture capital and startup brands in the form of creative content, PR strategy, positioning and messaging, business development, partnerships, event production and management, social and digital marketing.
Prior to joining Grove Ventures, he served in 8200, the Israeli military’s elite intelligence unit, worked as a Product Manager at Saban Brands (which sold a portion of its leading assets to Hasbro) and Seebo (acquired by Augury), and as a Senior Marketing and Research Manager at ad fraud prevention company, Cheq. In addition, Ben worked as a private consultant to a long list of leading Israeli corporations, startups and government institutions. As a former journalist with 20 years of experience in online and print media, Ben is a master of storytelling and has helped his clients build their brands and establish continued relevancy.
In his role, he is in charge of expanding Grove Ventures’ brand reach and helping its portfolio companies unlock their brands, catch people’s imagination and attention, and maximize the impact of their businesses. Ben holds an LLB Law degree from Tel Aviv University. Outside of work, he enjoyes reading, yoga and traveling.
