Avihai Lederman

Avihai is a Finance Director and is a certified Public Accountant (a licensed CPA). He completed accounting and tax advisory internships at EY and then at Z&P and Associates, a prominent Israeli law firm. In the 6 years prior to joining Grove, Avihai was a Tax Manager in the Venture Capital department at PwC. He specialized in writing tax opinions and rulings, preparations of tax returns, and advising various multi-national and Israeli funds within the Private Equity and Venture Capital sectors.

He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BA) with a major in accounting and a Bachelor of Laws (L.L.B), both from the College of Management – Academic Studies. Avihai assists the CFO & COO with the fund’s day-to-day operations and administration focusing on the financial matters of the Fund. When he’s not at the office, Avihai enjoys traveling the world and experiencing new cultures.
