Grove Ventures Appoints CFO Liat Koren as Partner
Strengthening Grove Ventures’ Leadership
Grove Ventures is proud to announce the appointment of Liat Koren as Partner. Liat, who has served as the firm’s Chief Financial Officer since its founding, will continue to hold her CFO role alongside her new partnership position.
This appointment highlights Grove Ventures’ belief that great funds are built not just on capital, but on the people who turn vision into execution.
Alongside Liat’s promotion, the firm also announced that Lotan Levkowitz, Lior Handelsman, and Renana Ashkenazi have been appointed Managing Partners, joining Dov Moran, Co-Founder of Grove Ventures, to form a leadership team of four managing partners.
A Testament to Growth and Continuity
Since joining Grove Ventures at its inception, Liat has been instrumental in building the fund’s financial and operational foundations. Her leadership has been marked by clarity, precision, and deep dedication to supporting founders through every stage of growth.
“At Grove, we believe true revolutions take time,” said Dov Moran, Co-Founder and Managing Partner. “Breakthroughs are built over years of unseen infrastructure, and that’s exactly where we invest. Expanding our leadership ensures we can continue collaborating with the next generation of entrepreneurs shaping the systems of tomorrow.”
Partnering for the Future
Grove Ventures, founded in 2017, manages over $500 million in assets and invests in Israeli startups at the intersection of semiconductors, AI, health tech, infrastructure, and DeepTech. The firm’s team combines operational experience and entrepreneurial vision, having built and led public companies across these domains.
“We’re proud to celebrate Liat and this exciting next chapter for Grove,” the firm shared. “Her partnership marks a continuation of our mission: to build a venture platform that’s experienced, approachable, and deeply aligned with the founders we support.”
