Grove Portfolio Companies Recognized in Globes’ 2026 Most Promising Startups

We are proud to share that three Grove portfolio companies have been recognized in Globes’ 2026 Most Promising Startups ranking, an annual list highlighting some of Israel’s most ambitious and high-growth technology companies.

Majestic Labs was named the #1 most promising startup of 2026, NoTraffic ranked #7, and Quantum Source was selected as the Readers’ Choice winner. Together, they represent innovation across semiconductors, intelligent transportation infrastructure, and quantum computing.

For Grove, this recognition is especially meaningful because these companies reflect the kind of founders and technologies we are proud to back. Each is solving complex technical problems with the potential to create lasting impact.

Majestic Labs, ranked #1 in Globes’ 2026 Most Promising Startups list, is tackling one of the most significant challenges in AI infrastructure: the growing gap between computing performance and memory capacity.

Founded by industry veterans Ofer Shacham, Shahriar (Sha) Rabii, and Masumi Reynders, the company is developing a new generation of semiconductor technology designed to overcome the industry’s “memory wall” and enable more efficient AI processing at scale.

NoTraffic, ranked #7 in Globes’ 2026 Most Promising Startups list, is transforming traffic management through a network of intelligent intersections that help cities improve traffic flow, enhance safety, and reduce congestion.

Founded by Uriel Katz, Or Sela, and Tal Kreisler after a simple frustration with inefficient traffic lights, the company has grown into the largest network of smart traffic lights in the US and Canada, operating across 10% of North American cities.

Quantum Source was voted by Globes readers as their favorite startup as part of the 2026 Most Promising Startup Rankings, and is developing a hybrid approach to quantum computing based on the combination of photons and cold atoms.

Founded by a team of Weizmann Institute alumni and serial chip entrepreneurs, the company is pursuing an architecture designed to address some of the key challenges facing scalable quantum computing, with the goal of advancing scalable, fault-tolerant quantum systems.

While they operate in very different industries, Majestic Labs, NoTraffic, and Quantum Source share a common characteristic: they are building the foundational systems that future technologies and industries will depend on.

From semiconductors and intelligent transportation networks to quantum computing, each company is pursuing a distinct vision with the potential to shape the future of its industry.

We congratulate the founders and teams at Majestic Labs, NoTraffic, and Quantum Source on this well-deserved recognition, and are honored to be part of their journeys.

Congratulations to all of the companies recognized in this year’s Globes Most Promising Startups ranking.
