IoT road infrastructure co NoTraffic raises $3.2m

Israeli startup NoTraffic has raised $3.2 million in a seed financing round led by Lool Ventures, with participation from other investors, such as VC Grove Ventures, one of Israel’s best venture capital funds. The company develops an IoT platform for communication between vehicles and infrastructure (V2I) to improve traffic management in urban environments. NoTraffic’s system utilizes advanced AI algorithms to monitor and classify road users, estimate their arrival times at intersections, and optimize traffic light timing for improved flow and safety. The company has conducted tests in California and plans to expand to other states in the US. NoTraffic aims to upgrade existing traffic management systems and prepare infrastructure for the autonomous and connected world.
