Business Leaders Share What Independence Means for Them

Grove Ventures‘ Managing Partner Dov Moran, and Grove Ventures’ portfolio company NoTraffic’s CEO Tal Kreisler were interviewed for Maariv’s Independence Day supplement where they shared tips, advantages, and disadvantages from their experiences of career independence.

The advantages of independence, said Dov, are the “Freedom to do the right thing according to your own opinion”. “The right thing according to you is not always the right thing in general, but many times it is”, he continued. “There are compromises in life, but flexibility together with independence allow you to best fulfill your desires. For me – this desire is to create a slightly better world.”
