Or Git is a seasoned builder and investor, currently serving as an Investor at Grove Ventures.

With a robust background in building products and teams, Or plays a key role in identifying and supporting high-potential startups in AI, infrastructure, and deep tech. He takes a hands-on approach, leveraging his technical expertise to help founders navigate challenges and drive innovation.

Prior to joining Grove Ventures, Or served as VP of R&D at Oligo Security and Atly, overseeing the development of cutting-edge products in cloud-native security and consumer technology.

Or’s career began in Israel’s elite military intelligence Unit 81, where he specialized in software R&D and later led R&D teams on key projects. During his service, he developed the foundational code of an Israel Defense Prize-winning project and was honored with an excellence award for his performance.

Outside of work, Or enjoys playing racket games such as tennis, padel, and table tennis, and in between he enjoys spending time at home with Luna, his little Jack Russell.
