Maya Rizel

Maya brings extensive experience in executive support, operations, and welfare management, having held several key administrative positions across diverse organizations. Her background includes high-end administration, operational oversight, streamlining processes, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of fast-paced teams.

Prior to joining Grove Ventures, Maya worked in a variety of administrative and operational roles, where she developed strong organizational, operational, communication, and coordination skills that now contribute to the firm’s dynamic team.

Maya is Personal Executive Assistant to General Partner Lotan Levkowitz, where she manages executive communications, coordinates engagements, and provides both operational and financial support to help the team focus on driving innovation and supporting portfolio companies.

She holds both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree from IDC (Reichman University). When she’s not at the office, you can often find Maya walking her dog along the beach after a Pilates session.
