Lotan is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Grove Ventures, where he works with founders before there is even an idea, helping shape early insights into real products and companies from zero to product-market fit. He has incubated multiple companies alongside founding teams.
He began working with Dov Moran in his twenties and has spent most of his adult life focused on early-stage investing, particularly at the earliest stages of company building.
He is drawn to companies that build foundational infrastructure, turn fragmented data into reliable sources of truth, and use that foundation to rethink how decisions are made and how work is executed.
His work today centers around enterprise AI, infrastructure software, services-as-software, physical AI, and healthcare AI, with a constant curiosity for what comes next.
Lotan holds degrees in law and business from the Hebrew University (his first and last day as a lawyer were the same). He sees the journey from zero to product-market fit as a craft and spends most of his time helping founders turn early conviction into something real.
