Tal Latcinik is an Investor Relations Specialist at Grove Ventures, where she leads the operational side of the fund’s relationships with its LPs.
Trained in law and philosophy, Tal approaches investor relations the way she approaches everything else – with rigor, depth, and an eye for the easily overlooked. She is invariably drawn to the unconventional solution and consistently looks for ways to put technology to work in making processes sharper and smarter.
Her path to venture ran through the Hi-Tech department at Meitar, where she completed her legal internship advising technology companies on commercial engagements and regulatory compliance. Before that, she began her career in the public and international arena: first as a pre-intern at the Tel Aviv District Court, then with the Resettlement team at the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), working at the intersection of human rights and international law.
Outside of work, Tal enjoys books and art, spends time outdoors with friends and family, and has never met an animal she didn’t like. She also writes memoirs of people’s lives – a reminder that behind every individual and relationship lies an entire world of experience and the meaning one makes of it.
