Ronli brings a proactive approach to her work, leveraging deep management expertise to streamline decision-making and drive operational excellence. She is known for her ability to bridge strategic intent with practical implementation, ensuring business objectives are met efficiently and consistently.
Prior to joining Grove, Ronli served as Executive Assistant to the CEO of a high-growth real estate company and as CEO of an industrial company, where she also led the company’s export operations and played a key role in a successful M&A process. Earlier in her career, she worked at the Prime Minister’s Office, gaining valuable experience in complex, high stakes environments.
Ronli holds a B.A. and an MBA from Reichman University (IDC), with specializations in Marketing and Finance. She thrives in fast paced organization and is constantly seeking innovative ways to integrate complex technological and business initiatives.
Outside of work, Ronli finds balance through yoga, cooking, and travel. She especially enjoys hosting friends and family at her home.
