With a robust background in scaling data products and leading high performance teams, Litan plays a key role in identifying and supporting high potential startups across all technology verticals. He takes a hands on approach, leveraging his deep technical expertise to help founders transform complex data into strategic business advantages and navigate the challenges of rapid growth.
Prior to joining Grove Ventures, Litan held senior leadership roles in the tech industry, where he oversaw the development of sophisticated data products and led multidisciplinary analytics teams at global scale.
Litan’s career began in Israel’s elite military intelligence Unit 8200 and the Israeli Air Force, where he specialized in data product management and established new intelligence capabilities. During his service, he led large scale teams and drove data driven strategies for mission critical operations.
Outside of work, Litan is a technologist at heart who enjoys exploring the latest in Generative AI and agentic workflows, always looking for creative ways to bridge the gap between technical innovation and real-world impact.
