Title:   Sales Development Representative
Description:
We're looking for highly motivated, talented sales development representative to join Lumigo’s core team. You’ll be our first SDR and by that, play a critical role in shaping the future of the company. The opportunity for personal growth is huge!
Responsibilities
  • Follow up on marketing leads such as content downloads, conferences, webinars etc.
  • Qualification of leads.
  • Connect with prospects using phone and email.
  • Build sales opportunities through research and outreach to potential accounts.
  • Track weekly, monthly and quarterly performance, and sales metrics.
  • Data enrichment of prospects details.
  • Maintenance and cleansing of the prospects database.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience (selling over the phone, cold calling).
  • Clear and polished written communication skills.
  • Experience generating your own leads
  • Experience with CRM (HubSpot)
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Excellent speaking/ listening skills and the ability to engage prospects over the phone
  • Fearless attitude and a hunter mentality.
  • Methodological and organized.
  • Previous SaaS experience - advantage
  • Additional languages - advantage
  • B2D sales experience - advantage
